Obstacle Avoidance Included
The DJI Phantom 4 Pro+ features an impressive obstacle avoidance system. 2 extra sensors on the back of the quadcopter and 2 infrared sensors on the side of the aircraft body provide even greater obstacle avoidance when compared to the Phantom 4. Even while travelling at 31mph, the Phantom 4 Pro+ can avoid obstacles in it’s path to help protect the quadcopter itself and the pilot.
The P4 Pro+ features dual compass modules and dual IMUs, ensuring a huge increase in reliability. These sensors ensure flight stability and the Phantom 4 Pro+ constantly compares the data it collates through both. This data is passed through advanced algorithms to check the accuracy of received data and anything inaccurate is discarded with no adverse effects on the aircraft’s flight.
